Look for me in Room 6212 (sixth floor, northeast corner office) of this year's Artomatic! What is Artomatic you ask? It's the DC area’s biggest free arts event, being held from March 24th through May 6th in Crystal City at Vornado/Charles E. Smith's 1800 South Bell Street building, Arlington, VA. This is a very cool event where a bunch of artists (this year about 600 visual artists) take over a building and turn it into a fascinating artspace. There will be at least three different stages with all kinds of performances, a movie theatre, kids workshops, several bars, and just a lot of fun!
It runs Friday, March 24th and will close Saturday, May 6th, and will be open Wednesday through Sunday. (I'll post hours and when I plan to be there once I get my schedule.)
